Salary: $93,600 - 104,000 per year Requirements:

• Up to 5 years of experience in network infrastructure and/or technical services supporting enterprise Cisco environments.
• Hands-on experience with rack-and-stack work, network cabling, provisioning, and implementation of routers, switches, and wireless equipment such as WLCs and WAPs.
• Experience with network design, builds, and implementation plans.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, wireless, VPN, and MPLS technologies, including Cisco and other vendors.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, SMTP, NTP, IMAP, and SNMP.
• Knowledge of network standards such as NIST, as well as HVAC and electrical requirements.
• Familiarity with AlgoSec Firewall Analyzer and FireFlow.
• Knowledge of SolarWinds network management.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams and non-IT stakeholders, and provide friendly, high-quality customer service.
• Preferred: Experience with infrastructure qualification, pharmaceutical industry compliance requirements, and GxP.
• Preferred: CCNP certifications in Routing, Switching, and Troubleshooting, and/or CCNA Routing and Switching.
• Ability to stand for shifts of up to 12 hours, work in loud environments while wearing hearing protection, and move equipment or supplies weighing up to 33 pounds using various body positions.

• Provide network implementation support during the design and build phases of local manufacturing projects in a 24/7 production facility.
• Engage proactively with IT architects, Quality SMEs, application specialists, and stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• Support network equipment installation, cabling, provisioning, and implementation.
